Tenisha Hester founded The Data Adapter in 2022 to close the gap between what organizations collect and what they can actually use.
Before launching the studio, she spent over a decade embedded inside organizations across healthcare, education, technology, political operations, and customer operations, rebuilding the systems that were quietly slowing teams down. That experience shaped a methodology built on one core principle: the best solutions come from understanding how an organization actually works, not how it is supposed to work on paper.
The Data Adapter now serves clients across sectors, delivering custom platforms, operational infrastructure, reporting and analytics, and automation systems that give leadership clear visibility and teams the tools to execute.
